As an Operations Manager at Gravity LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality in all aspects of our business. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, process management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to support our growth and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage resources, including human, financial, and material, to maximize productivity.
  • Manage infrastructure, including office spaces, equipment, supplies, and services, in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and participate in business negotiations at all stages of projects to ensure favorable terms and successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that services meet quality standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, control costs, and ensure operations adhere to financial constraints.
  • Organize human resources management processes, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Manage relationships with international vendors and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, environmental policies, and ISO standards.
  • Monitor and analyze internal processes to assess and improve operational performance.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required qualifications and skills

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, resource management, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards is desired.
