We are looking for a motivated, initiative and highly organized professional to join Gravity Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the project's success throughout its lifecycle.

Job responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and oversee the execution of all processes of the project(s), deadlines, necessary resources;
  • Organize the project into stages with realistic timelines and accurately estimate the work hours and other resources required for each major stage of the project;
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of the projects, provide solutions to the problems;
  • Plan, initiate and supervise the implementation of all elements of the project, working closely with multiple internal teams, contractors and clients;
  • Engage new clients;
  • Collaborate closely with the team in developing the project implementation strategy, coordinate the work of the team involved in the project implementation process;
  • Make suggestions and initiate actions to improve team performance;
  • Involve construction teams;
  • Supervise and carry out all the necessary document flow for the project implementation;
  • Regularly report to the immediate supervisor on the progress of the project;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes;
  • Evaluate risks;
  • Train and mentor construction workers depending on the specifics of the projects;
  • Travel to Russia, EU or other countries as needed.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Graduate level degree in relevant field, preferably related to management;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in construction project management;
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Perfect business communication and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent time management and planning skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Willingness to go on business trips.
