In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, contribute to building a strong corporate culture, and help us attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Job responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the full recruitment process — from drafting and publishing job announcements to screening CVs and conducting interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, agreements, internal policies, individual legal documents, and business trip paperwork.
  • Handle HR operations in compliance with the RA Labour Code, including hiring, termination, time tracking (timesheets), and maintaining records in ArmSoft, TaxService, and other relevant systems.
  • Manage the employee database, ensuring regular updates, digitisation, and archiving.
  • Prepare and monitor employee vacation schedules.
  • Issue employment-related certificates and other necessary documents.
  • Organize and coordinate employee health insurance processes.
  • Develop and implement employee motivation and engagement programmes.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and labour regulations.
  • Update and maintain the company’s internal disciplinary policies.
  • Organize and oversee employee performance evaluation systems.
  • Plan and implement individual and group training initiatives.
  • Organize corporate events.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the RA Labour Code.
  • Strong proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, ArmSoft).
  • Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian is a strong advantage.
  • High sense of responsibility, punctuality, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong sense of accountability and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry will be considered a strong advantage.
